Welcome to Amperoid. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Amperoid’s shared power bank stations, mobile applications, and related services (the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Account Registration
To access our Services, you may be required to create an account using your phone number, email, or third-party login (e.g., WeChat, Google, Apple ID).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
3. Rental and Return of Power Banks
Power banks must be rented from and returned to an Amperoid station.
You are responsible for ensuring the device is properly returned and securely locked into the station.
Rental periods start when the device is removed from the station and end when it is properly returned.
4. Fees and Payments
Rental fees are charged based on the duration of use, as displayed in the Amperoid app or at the rental station.
Payment must be made through supported methods (e.g., credit/debit card, e-wallets).
Late returns, damage, or loss may result in additional charges as specified in our app or user guide.
5. Damage, Loss, and Misuse
You are responsible for the care of the rented power bank during your rental period.
In case of loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear, you may be charged replacement or repair costs.
Power banks must not be opened, modified, or used for unlawful purposes.
6. User Responsibilities
Amperoid does not guarantee that Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We may suspend or discontinue Services for maintenance, upgrades, or legal compliance.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amperoid is not liable for:
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • Any loss of data, or
  • Any damages resulting from misuse of the device.
  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on www.Amperoid.com with a new “Last updated” date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Province/State, e.g., British Columbia, Canada].
